Our Story

Our journey began with a simple vision by our founder, Mr. Dharmendra Mishra. He realized that while everyone loves the taste of a crispy, multi-layered Lachha Paratha, making it from scratch at home is time-consuming and difficult.

To solve this, Solstice Lachha Paratha was born. We combined traditional Odia recipes with modern hygiene standards to give you a product that tastes like it’s straight from a restaurant, but is ready in just 3 minutes in your own kitchen.
